Public bug reported:

Missing "bds"  keyboard layout variant from Bulgarian layout.
The variant actually exists in /usr/share/X11/xkb/symbols/bg but it's not described in evdev.xml and base.xml for some obscure reason. Therefore, in keyboard settings in xfce the variant is missing.
