I think we fixed this a long time ago with urfkill, unassigning myself
(though this should still be confirmed).

Bug description:
  Most probably I have selected the wrong package.

  1. disable 3G
  2. switch to flight mode
  3. switch off flight mode

  What happens:
  3G gets enabled automatically
