I'm getting this issue too on 14.04.2. No such issue on 14.04.1. I'm
using a Radeon 7850 for reference.

This is my output from trying the command line install. matt@matt-MS-7721:~$ sudo apt-get install fglrx-updates xvba-va-driver

Expected behavior: fglrx would intall

Observed behavior: fglrx is not installed as follows

Attempt to install fglrx fails as follows:
