[Bug 1426370] [NEW] Wrong keyboard layout after suspend

Public bug reported:

I use several keyboards on my machine, with different layouts.

After the machine wakes from a sleep it always comes back with the first
configured layout instead of the one I was using before it went to
sleep.

This is an irritation, rather than a stopper.
