[Bug 841748] [NEW] numlock has to be activated on every boot in oneiric

With a full desktop keyboard, if I activate numlock, it will not be activated on reboot.
On natty and former ubuntu, it was kept over reboot.
being activated in lightdm as well would be a plus ;-)
