[Bug 1428655] [NEW] Application menu appears when showing desktop

When an application is open (ex. firefox), and I click "show desktop"
icon from the launcher, the menu of that application is still present on
top of the desktop. This happens only if LIM is enabled.

bug present in vivid, but not in trusty.
