[Bug 1428792] [NEW] radeon driver start in llvmpipe mode instead Hardware acceleration

I have a fresh install of kubuntu 15.04 and the radeon driver (radeon r9
290) starts in llvmpipe mode, currently I have installed oibaf
repository with the lastest mesa version and the linux kernel 4.0 RC1
and the problem persist.
