When I try to install lirc with Ubuntu Software Center, lirc remaining
unconfigure because here does not show up configuration window for lirc
package. (same same behavior for another app that needs configuration on
install e.g. tvtime)

This problem does not occur when I try to install lirc from commandline
with "sudo apt-get install lirc". See screenshot.
