I've tried making a config file but it didn't work. 
I hope this will be fixed/added soon becasue 9/10 of the time im in a building with peap. And in my opinion a smartphone is kind of useless without internet.

Bug description:
  On Ubuntu for Phones final image on mako I can see a network but
  cannot connect because I never get prompted for the username/password.
