[Bug 1443485] [NEW] xserver-xorg crash, probably synaptics
Public bug reported:
Ubuntu 14.04 LTS with xserver-xorg-lts-utopic and linux-generic-lts-
utopic installed to even make touchpad work. The system can run for days
without any problems, but sooner or later a spontaneous segfault will
happen and return to the login screen.
xserver-xorg-lts-utopic 1:7.7+7ubuntu2~trusty1
xserver-xorg-input-synaptics-lts-utopic 1.8.1-1ubuntu1~trusty1

(EE) BUG: triggered 'if (priv->num_active_touches > priv->num_slots)'
(EE) BUG: ../../src/synaptics.c:2991 in UpdateTouchState()
** Affects: xserver-xorg-input-synaptics (Ubuntu)
