[Bug 1445956] [NEW] File Roller fails to prompt user to install correct package (7z)

Public bug reported:

I had a .7z (encrypted) archive I needed to open. At first attempt, file
roller informed me that an additional package was required to manage
that archive format (don't remember which one, I'm sorry).

I let it install the software but I wasn't able to extract the software
anyway. All I got was an error message and not even a password request.

Only after I checked via the terminal whether the .7z codec was
installed, apt told me that the package p7zip-full was required.

I installed p7zip-full and File roller went smoothly after that.

I think that archive manager should have triggered the installation of
p7zip-full itself.

Thank you for your work

Alessandro
