  ffmpeg video is not loaded without a refresh

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: firefox

  At the Ubuntu system testing app there is a feature to check ffmpeg
  video in Firefox.

  I downloaded the required plugin but the movie didn't play until I
  refreshed the page.
