Title:
Some URLs does not open in Firefox
Status in firefox package in Ubuntu:
Invalid
Bug description:
Binary package hint: firefox
Some websites does not open/load in Firefox.
Here are list of some of them:
1) www.hotmail.com
2) http://thepiratebay.org
3) www,tennis-warehouse.com
When nslookup for these sites, IP are returned.
When URL is accessible using IP still, the page does not load. The progress bar progresses and then stops.
The page does not load. It shows "Page title" but nothing is loaded.
These sites are accessible from windows.
I also tried entering google DNS as well as OpenDNS but same behavior
is observed.
