Title:
Rename ovewrites existing file on samba mount

Status in “nautilus” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: nautilus

I have some remote samba share mounted from Windows XP machine.
Suppose there are two files on this share: test1.txt and test2.txt. When I rename test2.txt to test1.txt using Nautilus it removes existing test1.txt and 'moves' test2.txt to its place.
If I do same operation on local disk I get message "such file already exists, choose another name".
This a bit dangerous since one can unexpectedly loose existing file.
