[Bug 1458005] [NEW] Enabling "Screen Sharing" doesn't activate vino-server in 15.04

Public bug reported:

This is confirmed on multiple machines running Ubuntu GNOME 15.04 with
GNOME 3.14.4. When I to into System Settings > Sharing, and enable
"Screen Sharing" then put in all of my desired configuration settings,
it doesn't automatically start vino-server to begin the sharing service,
even after system reboot. I started the service manually by installing
dconf-editor and going to org.gnome.desktop.remote-access and checking
the box labeled "enabled". Immediately - verified by looking at System
Monitor - the "vino-server" service started, and I was able to access my
PC remotely from other machines.

In short -

What was expected to happen - by enabling "Screen Sharing" from System
Settings > Sharing, I would be immediately capable of accessing the
shared PC from remote workstations on my network.

What actually happened - I had to start the service manually via dconf-
editor AFTER enabling "Screen Sharing" in System Settings (I did not
test enabling before making changes in System Settings, however).

Feel free to contact me if any additional info' is needed.

Cheers.
