Bug description:
  Elan Synaptics touchpad is not detected on my Lenovo s21e-20 notebook computer with a fresh install of Ubuntu 15.04.
  Followed the guide on this page (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingTouchpadDetection) to debug.
