[Bug 1466168] [NEW] package libreoffice-gtk 1:4.2.8-0ubuntu2 failed to install/upgrade: package is in a very bad inconsistent state; you should reinstall it before attempting configuration

I don't know how to fix this -- I've tried a bunch of things from
google, but my installation seems to be permanently messed up.
Fortunately I don't need libreoffice on this machine right now (using it
as a VM.)
