Title:
  Screen doesn't completely refresh

Status in nvidia-graphics-drivers package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  This happens regularly when working in a terminal screen, the bottom
  few lines (and regularly the rightmost columns don't refresh)

  A command returns (updates the bottom of the screen) but the actual
  update doesn't get rendered, I need to hit return a few times to get
  the new output to scroll up.
