[Bug 1474847] [NEW] udev devices are redundantly listed in unity sidebar and overwrite appearance settings

Public bug reported:

If `/dev/` is mounted with `--bind` (like it is common for `chroot`
environments) device in `/etc/fstab` in the `chroot` appear in the
`unity` sidebar no matter whether they have been removed from it
previously. After a reboot the initial appearance settings are
overwritten (at least previously removed devices are displayed again).
`unity` should not care about `chroot` setups and not overwrite settings
without asking.
