[Bug 1487166] [NEW] "Add bookmark" stopped working (accessing existing bookmarks works flawlessly, though)

Public bug reported:

Since a few days, trying to add a new bookmark now reproducibly leads to
the following on the console:

*************************
A coding exception was thrown and uncaught in a Task.

Full message: ReferenceError: aTask is not defined
Full stack: StarUI._doShowEditBookmarkPanel@chrome://treestyletab/content/bookmarksOverlayEditable.js line 51 > eval:4:9

*************************

Installed packages: firefox{,-locale-de,-locale-en,-locale-fr} 40.0+build4-0ubuntu0.14.04.4 (updated yesterday from the previous version, i.e., the problem is not necessarily tied to this very version).
sqlite3 does not complain about places.sqlite, closing down FF and "vacuuming" did not change anything, SQL dump looks good.

** Affects: firefox (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
