[Bug 1233017] Re: Report VID/PID and device model is unknown (LIPMTP TEAM)

 

I have an Android HTC One and when I ran mtp-tools in a terminal it said
Listing raw devices and it said to report it and so I am here:  Hope
that is the right place to do so...

Bug description:
  Hello guys

  I bought alcatel one touch idol ultra in Mexico.
  I tried to transfer music from laptop to my phone, but ubuntu do not recognize the phone.
  I followed the steps on link below, but in the terminal when I figured out the VID=1BBB and PID=0168 and the devide 0, It said to me that please report this VID/PID and the device model to the libmtp development team.
