[Bug 1488493] [NEW] Application window stops responding if network-accessed file because temporarily unavailable

Public bug reported:

1) Create a virtual linux server using libvirt or anything with a pause button, SSH enabled.
2) Using nautilus to open an SFTP connection to it (sftp://myserver.local).
3) Open a file using gedit from nautilus.
4) Pause the server in libvirt.
5) Try typing something.
6) The window turns grey until you un-pause the server.

As accessing the file is not an essential activity when you're typing, I
would not expect the window to hang, I would expect it to carry on as
though nothing had happened.
