[Bug 1491568] [NEW] nouveau and thunerbolt tv screen: a lot of glitches and black screen portion

Hello,

if I connect my tv screen as a second screen to my Macbook pro, with a
thunderbolt to hdmi connectic, I obtain a lot of glitches and some black
screen portions.
