there is no ubuntu logo in the corner anymore, closing the bug

Bug description:
  This is a usability bug - when the windows is maximised the close/minimise/maximise buttons are in different place of the title bar (because of the ubuntu logo) - it's confusing.
  Use case:
  - user wants to close a window, click on the left corner of the window,
  - user wants to close a maximised windows, clicks on the left corner and instead click ubuntu logo by mistake, is confused.
