[Bug 1076069] Re: show Lens name into panel

As part of the big bug review for 16.04 LTS I have tested this on 15.10
and the bug is still there. I think this is a feature request rather
than a bug.

Title:
  show Lens name into panel

Bug description:
  Hello,
in my opinion when Lens X is selected into Dash, its name X should be displayed into panel.
As implemented at the time of this writing, the name (Home/Applications/..) should appear at the right of Dash buttons.
This would allow a clear classification of the space where you're in.
If my previous bug about auto-hiding Dash Clo/Min/Max buttons was implemented, Lens title should appear at top-left screen corner, and disappear on mouse pointer overlay in favour of Clo/Min/Max Dash Buttons.
In this way panel in Dash overlay would behave the same as when working for standard apps.

  Thanks for your attention,
  alex
