Furkan, to see if this is already resolved, could you please test
http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/current/ and advise to the results?

Title:
  Graphics corruption after suspend/resume cycle

Status in xserver-xorg-driver-ati package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
I have observed two forms of graphics corruption after a
  suspend/resume cycle:

  1) Checkerboard artifacts in approximately the top 1/8 to 1/4 of the
screen. This can be observed from the following video, where I am
highlighting global menu entries with the mouse:
  https://www.dropbox.com/s/ez2v03oetppecgx/VID_20150324_020612.mp4?dl=0

A similar effect can also be observed while dragging windows around
near the top of the screen.

  2) The virtual terminals no longer take up the full screen area, and
are surrounded by a pattern which appears similar to noise or "snow"
on old TVs. Here's how it appears on my screen:
  https://www.dropbox.com/s/7hj8qi3w3qc35jb/IMG_20150405_155434.jpg?dl=0

While these two issues seem quite unrelated, they both seem to happen
_only_ after a suspend/resume cycle, so the underlying issue might be
  related between them.

  Relevant hardware details:
-Video card: Radeon R7 260X (w/ the radeonsi driver)
  -Main display resolution: 2560x1440
