[Bug 1500116] [NEW] Requesting upgrade of "minted" to version 2

I would be delighted to see the LaTeX package "minted" being upgraded to
version 2.0 or later. In fact, the LaTeX package "tcolorbox" (also
included in texlive-latex-extra) requires it.
