Those disks are about 8.3 GB each, and if i insert them in my drive they
  work without problems.

They start, if i want to copy them to HDD, showing me the correct size of 8.3 GB.
At the drive, they are about 7,9 GB in Thunar, 7920xxxyyy in GNOME Commander, 7,4 GiB in Nemo

So, clearly, there is a border where Brasero has a problem copying or writing the correct file down.
- File system is ext4, if this matters.
+ File system is ext4, if this matters.~~

  -----------------------------------------------------------------------

Finally i managed to copy one of these DVDs correct and working onto
hard drive and did nothing different to the steps before.

Size is now 8,3 GB with Thunar on the hard drive.

  -----------------------------------------------------------------------

Seems to be a general problem of Brasero:
- I have to close and restart it to get the real size of the DVD and finally a working copy.
+ I have to close and restart it to get the real size of the DVD and finally a working copy. Got four working DVDs now with this method.
