Title:
  After presing the "end session" button and returning to desktop, sreen
  gets dark

Status in “metacity” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  When I press the "end session" button and then return to desktop
  (without going to gdm) the screen gets dark. This happens with
  metacity but not with compiz activated.

  I'm using the nvidia drivers from ubuntu repositories.
