  Inkscape has no Russian translation on Kubuntu 15.10 with KDE5

Status in inkscape package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  On Kubuntu 14.04 it usually needs "language-pack-gnome-ru-base" &
  "language-pack-gnome-ru" to be installed to turn on Inkscape
  translation. But it doesn't do the trick on Kubuntu 15.10 anymore.

  I have following list of Russian translation packages installed:
  kde-l10n-ru
  language-pack-kde-ru
  language-pack-ru
  language-pack-ru-base
  language-pack-gnome-ru
  language-pack-gnome-ru-base
