Title:
Xorg crashed with SIGABRT in OsAbort()
Status in xorg-server package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
Upgraded from 15.04 to 15.10 using update-manager -d. I'm running
GNOME Shell, and as such was using gdm.
gdm will immediately crash X before showing the login prompt. Using
dpkg-reconfigure gdm I was able to switch to lightdm, which works.
Hence the problem seems to lie in gdm or the xorg/gdm combo.
