[Bug 1509068] [NEW] "Ask each time" option does not work when launching executable text files in GUI.
Public bug reported:
Selecting then launching executable text files by pressing the "enter"
button on keyboard or double-clicking the file automatically displays it
when "Ask each time" is set for Executable Text Files in Files -> Edit
-> Preferences -> Behavior.
