Title:
Using the "other" login option ignores accountsservice default user
session
Status in unity-greeter package in Ubuntu:
Fix Released
Bug description:
If the Login field is used instead of the listed accounts, the default session stored in AccountsService is ignored, instead the greeters default session (in this case ubuntu) is used.
The default session is stored correctly in accountsservice and .dmrc after logging in.
unity-greeter should get the default session after the username is
entered.
Expected:
the greeter display the users default session after entering the username
what happened:
greeter continues with the systems default session
-> % lsb_release -rd
