[Bug 1510956] [NEW] unable to mount Android device

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

I can not connect my Android devide (Huawei Y530). Ubuntu won't stop
opening popup windows saying different things such as "unable to mount
Android device - suitable udev device can not be found" and other
messages. And it opens the file system several times. All this continues
and makes the Computer unusable as long as the device is connected.

I had the bug on Ubuntu 15.04 as well as on 15.10.

It happens with other Android devices as well.

I'm new to Ubuntu, Linux and bug reporting. If you have any questions
which would help to solve this bug or if I missed something out in this
bug report, please tell me.
