[Bug 1513557] [NEW] Version 0.9.10.1-0ubuntu7 under Lubuntu 15.10 will not show in Panel Applets

Public bug reported:

I am pretty sure, that when I first installed Lubuntu 15.10, that the normal nm-applet showed up in the Panel Applets
(I believe as one of the Indicator Applets), but at some point, it stopped showing up.

Under Lubuntu 14.10, it did not show up at first, until I researched the problem, and solved it with the recommended advice of
adding "nm-applet" to the "Autostart - Manual autostarted applications" portion of LXSession Configuration.

This solution does NOT solve the problem this time.

Another "solution", that does not work is to change:
NoDisplay=true
to
NoDisplay=false
in /etc/xdg/autostart/nm-applet.desktop

I don't know what the problem is, or why it did not manifest itself at
the beginning.

I have, as an alternative, added Manage Networks to the panel, but I am not fond of the "icon" (I like the "bars" display better),
the tooltip shows it always at 102% (?) and there are always two icons, one with an exclamation mark next to it with a tooltip that
states that: "enp0s7- connection has little or no connectivity". I don't know of any such connection - I certainly have not attempted
to connect to it...
