When the printer stops working again, before re-installing it, please
cancel all jobs and then follow the instructions of "CUPS error_log" on

Title:
  network printer must be reinstalled after a certain time

Status in system-config-printer package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  I have to reinstall my network printer after a certain time. This
  happened several times yet.

  Before I have to reinstall the printer, it will not print any
  documents. The printer is still installed and I can send printing jobs
  to the printer, but the printer won't receive it anymore.

  The printer is a HP Laser Jet CM1415fn. It is connected to the router
  via LAN while my computer is connected via WiFi.
