Bug description:
Open a window (shell, browser, LibreOffice, ...) open some more windows, work. Move some of the windows from one desktop to the other. Parts of the moved windows will still display. Switching from one console to an other will remove these parts and redraw the whole screen.
Sometimes this is true moving windows to top or bottom too. The old window moved down the stack is displayed further util the whole desktop is redrawn.
From time to time this is with the taskbar too. The only way to force it redrawn is switch to an other console, then back. This is quite annoying ...
