Title:
marquee text in webpage makes commenting slow
Status in “firefox” package in Ubuntu:
Expired
Bug description:
When there is marquee or scrolling text in certain webpages and
there's also possibility to comment the webpage, typing text comes
very very S-L-O-W under these pages. This problem is somehow related
to linux OS and Firefox. This is a real achilles knee -type problem,
which should be investigated for better usability in linux systems
overall like Ubuntu.
