Public bug reported:

I tried to print and the printer had an error, I wanted to check out if
the printer driver was working and the UI was not there.  Turns out
system-config-printer-gnome was not installed and installing it removes
gnome-software.  I think it's because system-config-printer-gnome
depends on packagekit 0.8.17 instead of the 1.0.11 which gnome-software
requires.
