  when enabled nvidia graphics card, desktop freezes

  Screen freezes occasionally while simply browsing the web, can be recovered by ctrl+alt+f1 and ctrl+alt+f7 
  This has been the case in 14.04, and it's still the case in 14.10 (64 bit)
