[Bug 156272] migrating packaging from OpenOffice.org to Libreoffice
[This is an automated message.]
There are no new official OpenOffice.org releases in Ubuntu packaging anymore => Won't Fix
If the problem persists, please mark this bug as "also affects project
Libreoffice" or "also affects distribution Libreoffice (Ubuntu)" if that
has not happened already.
Please leave references to upstream OpenOffice.org bugs in place to
allow cross pollination.

Title:
[Upstream] [hardy] impress lacks window list entry in dual head
Status in The OpenOffice.org Suite:
New
Status in “metacity” package in Ubuntu:
Invalid
Status in “openoffice.org” package in Ubuntu:
Won't Fix
Bug description:
Binary package hint: openoffice.org-impress
Starting with Impress 2.1 -- when in a dual-head display the
presentation window is no longer listed in the window-list applet in
the panel. This is regardless of desktop environment/window manager.
When a presentation is started in single-head mode it is listed in the
window-list applet, but the moment dual-head is used it is no longer
listed in the window-list applet. We have a setup where we use
virtual desktops to run multiple presentations so we can easily switch
back and forth between them without having to put them into one big
presentation file. We are no longer able to do this since the
presentation that is first started will not go to the back when you
switch desktops. I've attached pictures of a single-head and dual
head setup with some simple notations to point out what's happening.
Thanks!
