[Bug 855173] [NEW] Text Encryption can not verify signed ascii text

$ echo hi > hi

$ gpg -sa hi

Open hi.asc in Gedit.

Select Edit > Decrypt/Verify

Error dialog states: "Couldn't decrypt text ... No data [Close]"

Expected to see indication that the signature was valid
as well as the contents of the PGP block in plaintext
(note -sa not --clearsign)
