[Bug 825250] Re: [UIFe] Remove "Force fallback mode" from the system settings
Debian patch, I suggest we use that for Oneiric:
" * 90_force_fallback.patch: new patch. Disable the “forced fallback
mode” switch, since we already provide a xsession file for it in
gnome-session-fallback."
the feature doesn't even work under gnome-shell current because as
explained in the previous comment it only work if you don't specify a
session but use the system default one
** Patch added: "hide the fallback control"

[UIFe] Remove "Force fallback mode" from the system settings

Bug description:
If you go to the GNOME Control Center and start "System Info" there is
a Graphics option. Inside there is an option to "Force fallback
mode". I have been using this to try using Ubuntu 2D, but the option
only works when logging into GNOME Shell. Therefore, to avoid
confusion we should not display this option when not using GNOME
Shell. Yes, this is somewhat advanced but we have a very technical
audience and this could cause a lot of confusion and wasted time.
