[Bug 825250] Re: [UIFe] Remove "Force fallback mode" from the system settings

+1 from the Docs Team; we don't document this button. It doesn't work
and it's not worth trying to make it work at this point in the release
cycle. In fact, it seems GNOME has moved the session chooser button from
the GDM login screen to hiding in this out-of-the-way location which
makes things less user-friendly in my opinion.

[UIFe] Remove "Force fallback mode" from the system settings

Bug description:
If you go to the GNOME Control Center and start "System Info" there is
a Graphics option. Inside there is an option to "Force fallback
mode". I have been using this to try using Ubuntu 2D, but the option
only works when logging into GNOME Shell. Therefore, to avoid
confusion we should not display this option when not using GNOME
Shell. Yes, this is somewhat advanced but we have a very technical
audience and this could cause a lot of confusion and wasted time.
