[Bug 859818] [NEW] "printed in"doesn't work with print directly to default printer

The button at the tool bar labelled as "print directly on default
printer" and the shortcut CTRL+P doesn't activate the field "printed in"
included at the document. Also, the same button isn't recorded at the
"record macro" function.
