[Bug 860460] [NEW] Appointments get invisible when toggling calendar view (month, week, work week, day) in evolution

Public bug reported:

Bug in up-tp-date (as of today) Oneiric Beta. Exchange 2010 Server as
only configured account:

When toggling the view (e.g. from month to calendar week), the existing
appointments get invisible. The follwoing warnings are displayed in the
console:

(evolution:2725): libecal-WARNING **: Failed to dispose cal view:
GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.UnknownMethod: Keine derartige
Schnittstelle »org.gnome.evolution.dataserver.CalendarView« des Objekts

Terminating evolution and restarting solves the problem until next
toggle of calendar view.

There seems to be a number of other calendar related bugs, but they are
hard to nail down and analyze due to this bug!
