I'm fairly certain that the Evolution team knows about this and once had
a desire to fix it and make it consistent with the Gtk theme, but
apparently it's been forgotten about.

  Evolution list heads are inconsistent with other Gtk apps

Status in “evolution” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  The headings / titles for lists in Evolution are inconsistent with
  those found in other Gtk-native applications. I've attached a
  screenshot showing this. It's not only the email list as well, but the
  contacts list, lists in the calendar, and more.

  I'm running 10.04.3, Evolution 2.30.3.
