The headings / titles for lists in Evolution are inconsistent with those
found in other Gtk-native applications. I've attached a screenshot
showing this. It's not only the email list as well, but the contacts
list, lists in the calendar, and more.

I'm running 10.04.3, Evolution 2.30.3.
