[Bug 863382] [NEW] System suspends after an hour of idle even though set 'Don't suspend' (11.10-b2)

Public bug reported:

Running Ubuntu 11.10-beta2 on a freshly built Intel Pentium Sandy Bridge
system. The system suspends itself after an hour even though I have the
power settings for 'Suspend when inactive for' set to 'Don't suspend'.
My best guess is that this is related to upower, as it seems gnome-
power-manager is no longer in use.

** Affects: upower (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
