[Bug 867628] [NEW] package libreoffice-common 1:3.3.2-1ubuntu4 failed to install/upgrade: short read on buffer copy for backend dpkg-deb during `./usr/lib/libreoffice/basis3.3/share/template/layout/lyt-wine.otp'

Public bug reported:

I skipped downloading/installing libreoffice-common during installation
(by clicking ubiquity's skip button with the caption "installing
language packs"), and when it tried to update from the installed system
the existing deb was corrupted. Deleting the file from apt-get's cache
fixed the problem.
